The Morning Practice

...designed to be subtle enough to practice every day, but potent enough to make a lasting difference in how you feel. 

Creating a dedicated practice for yourself is an opportunity to work with your body in a safe and sacred space, strengthening your awareness and true internal connection. These are the qualities that serve and support you in navigating the life that comes your way.

This is a 33 minute practice that moves through:

Somatic Movement + Body Work

- Shaking and tapping techniques to regulate the nervous system and establish safety.

Pranayama

- Yogic breathwork to awaken and cleanse stagnant energy.

and Meditation

- A moment to land in the space you have created, fully embodied and connected.

All intentionally flowing, one modality into the other, so as to establish safety, cleanse and calm the body.

This is designed for consistency, but also ease of integration and sovereign choice. If you are low on time and/or feel called to one modality only (movement, breath, meditation) -- use that portion of this practice as you need.
