VITALITY is a four session course that will use somatic practice to turn your focus just towards feeling good. That’s it.

Your aliveness is not something you need to earn. You don’t need to erase the “bad” feelings and sub them out for what’s “good.”

It’s already within you. Find it. Feel it. Bring it out.

 

Lifetime Access

The Curriculum:

Week 1: Vitality

  • Learn body-based tools to wake up your unique energy flow, and support and soothe the nervous system

In this class: Movement, Gentle Breathwork, Somatic Meditation

Week 2: Resourcing

  • Explore what it means to feel relaxed and grounded within your body, no matter how you feel in the moment
  • Practice co-regulation and self-regulation
  • Practice tools to be with + process emotions when they arise 

In this class: Somatic Meditation

Week 3: Rest + Receive

  • Are you ever really resting or receiving? How your subconscious direct your habits. 
  • Practice feeling safe within slowing down
  • Tap into the embodied sense of receiving support

Week 4: Remember + Recalibrate

  • Identify your inner dialogue and sneaky ways the inner critic communicates with you
  • Befriend the parts of you that you typically try to ignore and push away
  • Practice cultivating true self respect, compassion and empowerment
