Community Practice
Join The Core Rising team every Friday at 8-8:30am PST for a free community practice.
This is a virtual space held on Zoom, open to anyone who would like to attend.
I'M IN!Practice is the anchor that holds us.
FromĀ Friday, January 24 to Friday, March 7, we will practice the Kubera Mantra (for self-worth) as well as Sat Kriya (a return to Truth).
The Kubera Mantra is a traditional sanskrit chant that is rhythmically repeated 108 times. Sat Kriya also involves a mantra, and integrates physical movement to supportĀ energy flow. This is done for three minutes. Both practices are done seated.Ā
If desired, students may also apply this to a daily practice and use these techniques every day for 40 days. This is the length of a traditional sadhana, andĀ promotes greater focus, creativity, discipline and grounding.
You are welcome to bring a mala, though it is not required. All you need is yourself and a comfortable space to sit.
