This is about becoming the woman who can stay with herself and be seen. She holds her power through the body, not in spite of it.

Live somatic healing & embodiment sessions on Zoom:

  • Wednesday, April 29, 10 - 11am PST

  • Somatic practices to build real-time self-leadership
  • Guided movement and nervous system work to move and complete activation
  • Body-based inquiry to deepen trust in your internal signals
  • A space to practice staying with yourself in intensity, visibility, and expression

What Is The Drop?

The Drop is a live and audio-based membership centered on somatic healing, nervous system work, and identity-led transformation.

Each season, we move through a focused live immersion—while you are held inside an ongoing body of work designed for deep integration.

When you join the membership, you receive:

  • Access to the upcoming Spring Session: The Self-Led Woman
  • Weekly somatic practices and audio teachings in the off-season
  • Live embodiment sessions
  • Access to past sessions and future seasonal immersions. 4-week programs every spring, summer, fall and winter. 
  • A community of women walking this work in real time 

 

This is a Monthly Membership, with a minimum 2-season commitment (6 months). We want you to be a part of the flow and give your body a chance to acclimate. After that, cancel anytime.
