At the Core of Growth

This is an embodied approach to personal evolution, and we'll explore what often emerges during periods of transformation, why growth can feel both exciting and unsettling at the same time, and how to navigate the space between who we've been and who we're becoming.

We'll explore the intersection of nervous system regulation, identity shifts, uncertainty, and personal evolution through discussion, somatic practices, self-inquiry, and experiential exercises.

My hope is that you'll leave with a deeper understanding of your own process, greater compassion for where you are, and practical tools to support yourself as you continue moving toward the life you're creating.

At the Core of Joy

In this session, we will explore the potent medicine of joy, fun, and pleasure. Together, we'll examine what can make joy feel difficult or vulnerable to access, and explore how joy is experienced in the body. Through a series of simple somatic practices, gentle breathwork and meditation, you'll be invited to cultivate moments of joy by tapping into a sense of presence, connection, and pleasure.

My hope is that you leave this session with a deep, embodied remembrance that joy is not something you have to earn or chase and it's not something that lies "on the other end" of your healing - but that it is always available, waiting to be felt.

At the Core of Wealth

Money is rarely, if ever, just about money.

It's about safety. It’s choice, control, freedom. 

The way we relate to money is often a reflection of the nervous system. Do you avoid looking at your bank account? Spend until you're broke? Hold on with a tight grip? Afraid you'll never have enough?

These patterns tell us something important. They show us where money is in control of our sense of safety.

This workshop is not about how to attract more. It’s about forming a relationship with money that finally feels steady. One where money no longer determines whether you feel safe. One where you feel like you have some power. 

We'll explore how our relationship with money is shaped by our lived experiences, how those patterns continue to influence the way we give and receive, and how to cultivate a new kind of capacity to hold our resources. 

My hope is that you'll leave with a deeper understanding of your own money patterns, practical ways to build a more regulated relationship with your finances, and the realization that true wealth is about developing the capacity to remain grounded, resourced, and able to choose.

At the Core of Purpose

Sunday scaries. Pre-presentation dread. Snapping at your family the moment you walk through the door. Feeling irritated by every email before you have even read it.

These are not personality flaws. They are not signs you are ungrateful or unmotivated or bad at your job. They are signs that your nervous system needs help experiencing more safety.

Maybe your career was supposed to feel meaningful by now and it just... doesn't. Maybe you are in a job that is purely survival and the weight of that is wearing you down in ways you cannot fully explain. Maybe you are showing up every day performing okay but something underneath feels stuck.

This does not have to be your normal. And you do not have to wait until you find the perfect role or the perfect manager or the perfect circumstances to feel differently in your body at work.

There is a way to feel good in your body and sustain powerful work. There is a way to not be destroyed by a job that isn't it for you yet. There is a way to access choice in an environment that feels choiceless.

This is an invitation to get curious about what your nervous system has been carrying inside your career and what it actually needs.

In this session we slow down long enough to feel what is driving your experience at work and you leave with tools to navigate it differently from the inside out. Whether your work is your purpose or simply how you keep the lights on, this session is for you.

Coming Full Cycle

I teach women’s nervous system work because I believe that’s where the future of our healing lies as women. 

We are cyclical beings. Our energy ebbs and flows, our nervous system states follow the rhythm of our hormones throughout the month. Just like the seasons in nature, we never stay the same. We're always in motion.

But the world we live in doesn’t exactly match our energy. It’s linear. We are expected to show up with the same energy every day. How do we navigate through a linear world as cyclical beings?

Join me for my workshop Coming Full Cycle to conclude our weekend of embodied living.  We’ll look at our topics—personal growth, fun & pleasure, wealth and career—through the lens of a woman’s nervous system, finalising our lecture with a hearty resourcing practice specifically designed with your physiology in mind.
